Started the practice at 1.25pm, ended it at 1.55pm, around Arthur Seat.
During my slow tempo I had to take some pictures...too good to miss :-)
Feedback on the day:
- kept reminding the technique - land on heel, roll on sole, push on toes, keeping the back leg straight, all while moving the arms on the side; tried to be aware of the shoulders and neck muscle tension, and done some quick stretches to get rid of it.
- kept breathing - in (step 1,2), out - (step 3,4), focusing on using abdominal muscles.
Looking forward for day 2 :-)
