Power Walking: Week 1 Day 3

Another busy day.

Early in the morning, another tough decision: wait 3 minutes for 34, or walk 10 minutes to get the 22? I must do my 10 minutes of morning 22, baby!

And this was all for today: 20 minutes of fast walk...and a total of 14159 steps after a crazy plyometrics circuits session  with Elaine...
