Power Walking: Week 1 Day 5

I made it! Ready to go for the last day power walk of the first week!

I am going to do a 30 minutes long session: a few minutes of warm-up, then go like a hero on my 120bpm/80bpm sequence.

At the end of the day, after half hour power walking, nearly half hour light jogging and some   food shopping (no bus, no car): 9148 steps ; minus the 10%, this makes a more realistic 9000 steps....and this was the last day of power walking of  first week.
